自從2年前從Amazon買了《One Thousand Ways to Make $1000》後，就沒有網購過任何實體的東西了。
這陣子從MVMT買了手錶，結果是悲劇收場。
MVMT Watch
本來跟客戶代購這裡的手錶，結果我看上了WHITE/GOLD LEATHER，於是自己也買了一隻。
這網店介面我早就想吐槽。在SHIPPING INFO中，列明有分為USPS Standard Shipping和Express Shipping (DHL or UPS)，卻沒有說明在哪裡可以選擇。（經過自己摸索一輪，終於在兩小時後找到。）
而且，頁底還有這一段說話：
Depending on tracking availability and whether your country cooperates with the USPS, we may ship your order by DHL/UPS by default (even if you choose free shipping).
意思是指：你選免費的USPS Standard Shipping也有機會被安排由Express Shipping (DHL or UPS)送貨，而且由後者送貨的話，你需要支付速遞的運費。
退貨
等了三天，我的包裹由DHL送到府上。試戴過後，我覺得不合心意，所以希望退回。於是，我馬上寄電郵向客服查詢退貨事宜，我也清楚由香港退回美國的運費是我來支付的。
退貨頁面是這樣說的：
Any brand new product can be returned or exchanged for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
等了幾天，過了十四天退貨期，終於有位叫Alex的客服回覆我：
Is the watch still unworn and resalable?
我當日即時回覆他，結果再無任何音訊。
在十三天過後，仍沒有任何答覆。我寫了以下電郵，不知道他是否因為我要退貨，所以一直不回覆…
Dear Customer Support,
I am wonder that my email have no reply, I just want to return the item which I am unsuitable. Please don’t state the following speak:
If you’re not satisfied, let us know! We work extremely hard to making the highest quality product that we hope everyone will love. Even though we believe we have, we are a new brand and are constantly improving our product based on customer feedback.
在前幾天，收到MVMT的售後意見評估電郵，我直接在"Write your review here"處草草地打了"WTF“就算了，反正都沒有人會看。
備註
這品牌有推廣，即你朋友用你的鏈結購買，立即減$10USD，而推薦人的結欠也會多$10USD可用金額。這個制度其實不錯，但客服的處理手法令我不會推薦朋友去買，我不想有朋友受害。$100USD我還付得起，這手錶贈送了給朋友，總算沒有浪費。
